The candidate must have solid project management experience. Must have managed ServiceNoW roll out or any other ITSM tool rollout. Candidate is not required to know the details of ServiceNow, only managing the serviceNoW implementation experience would be sufficient. He shoud be aware of the different steps, planning, dependencies, risks etc. in the serviceNow rollout process.
