Job Description :
This HP Service Manager will be responsible for all stages of delivery in support of the clients ITSM solution. This role will work closely with many IT and Business Partners to gather requirements, provide guidance, create solutions, test, and deliver functionality to meet business needs. The candidate must have extensive experience with HPSM development, HP Universal Discovery, and a strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities
·Facilitate business and functional requirements sessions and provide technical guidance
·Deliver design solutions to meet requirements
·Create technical specifications and test plans
·Define and document process and technical standards for HPSM
·Build HP Service Manager solutions and integrations to other tools
·Support the role-out of Universal Discovery
·Provide demos throughout the SDLC process
·Release\Code Management through 5 environments
·HPSM\UCMDB maintenance - upgrades, fixes, enhancements, production support
·Provide for proactive and continual improvement for HPSM\UCMDB
Required Qualifications
·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
·3+ years of experience engineering HPSM and UCMDB
·3+ years of ITIL experience - Incident/Problem/Change/Config/Asset
·5+ years in software development and application lifecycle
·Documentation - Requirements, Solutions, Designs, Integrations, Data
·Development Languages - Java, Jython, SQL Scripting
