Job Position:- QA with QTP

Location:- Jersey City, NJ

Role:- QA with QTP

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·         Provide expertise in scope definition, effort estimation and viability of test automation.

·         Designing automation frameworks and creating automation scripts. Assisting automation test lead in activities like creating automated test artifacts including test plans, creating test scripts and defect management.

·         Installing, configuring, and maintaining HP-QTP. Reporting of key testing metrics and trends pertaining to test design & execution, highlighting system quality and project status against committed project milestones. 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·         Extensive experience in automating applications on multiple platforms.

·         Expert level proficiency in HP QTP is mandatory, Certification is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, including but not limited to:

·         Creating test automation strategy, Creating test automation frame work, Designing QTP scripts, Reviewing QTP scripts and identifying/correcting semantic errors, Generating test data, Executing QTP scripts. Data Manipulation Language (DML) skills and experience is desired.

·         Hands-on experience specifying, establishing and managing test environments and test data are desired.

·         Experience in Banking Industry and/or Financial Services is preferred.
