Skills and Experience

• Overall 5+ year of experience with minimum 2+ years as Tech Lead
• Experience in design and development of windows forms applications using C#
• Experience working on .NET Framework versions 2.0/3.5/4.0 along with  WCF
• Should have worked on .NET and COM integration
• Experience in ASP.NET, SQL, jQuery, HTML, Java Script
• Experience in database design using any RDBMS (SQL Lite or SQL Server preferable)
• Strong basics in .NET foundation and Design Patterns
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Software Design is required
• Experience in agile development practice, multicultural working environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Passionate about software development and also has to be technology savvy
• Very strong analytical skills
• Experience using MS Enterprise library or similar components
• Strong knowledge and experience on Microsoft technology landscape including various server products
• Initiate and manage POC's and prototypes as required
• Good experience involving client facing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience leading a team of developers, assigning tasks, guiding and mentoring team members.
• Adheres to project schedule and deliver projects on time
• Experience in estimation techniques
• Experience in conducting code reviews
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or other Engineering disciplines
