-          Must have 5-7 years Project Management or Scrum Master experience

-          Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies

-          Scrum Master or equivalent certificate highly desirable

-          Must be able to coach/mentor colleagues on Agile processes including how to calculate team performance and other metrics

-          Effective communication skills
