Job Title: SharePoint Consultant
Location: Broadway, NY
Duration: 6-12+ months contract with possible extension
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience on Moss 2007 Technologies, should have hands on experience on User Administration andSite administration and Shared Service provider Administration (including Search & User profiles)
Should have experience in MOSS Installation, Configuration and Administration
Should have experience in deploying custom components in Moss 2007 viz. features, solution etc.
Should have experience in Moss 2007 troubleshooting for both out of box and customized components.
Should have hands on experience in IIS6.0 Administration
Troubleshooting Escalated End user issues (workstations) on MOSS sites and IIS sites
Basic knowledge of SQL 2005
ITIL framework
Knowledge of EPM 2007 will be an added advantage
IIS 7.0 Administration skill set and Migration exposure would be preferred
Knowledge on Powershell will be an added advantage
Knowledge on Performance Point will be an added advantage
Exposure on TFS would be preferred
Knowledge on Server OS Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and Desktop O (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution)
On - call Escalation
Ticket Quality
Process adherence & Security compliance tools.
