Position: UIM Developer

Location: St Louis, MO

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Details:

Oracle provisioning experience

UIM development experience

Ability to resolve issues by analyzing log files and reviewing solution cartridges - stuck orders, stuck amendments, XQuery errors etc and identify root cause/recommend solutions.

Candidate should know UIM best practices and provide oversight to Customer resources.

Candidate should have provisioning experience in supporting and using tools like sigma and/or UIM

Work with telecom providers to get quotes and order new voice and data circuits

Keep track of and coordinate contract renewals for global telecom services

Work alongside Professional Services team in new implementations

Document service request changes an processes
