Location: Findlay, OH

Duration: 6 Months+

Job Description:

 

Mandatory Skills: SAP HCM Time Management SAP HCM Talent Management, SAP Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Core

 

Key skills required for the job are:

• SAP HCM Time Management (Mandatory)

 

As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.

Minimum work experience:8 Years

 

Need to work with MPC Refineries Business Unit and gather requirements

Need to work with MPC IT team and prepare Functional Specifications

To  coordinate with Technical team and help with Technical Specification preparations

To support users in UAT and conduct end user training if required

Travel on need basis.

 

Good communication skills stake holder management
