- OpenText Enterprise Docs 5.3 and higher
- SQL Server
- Strong client communication
- Strong documentation
Preferred Skills:
Bridgeway - Law Manager Tool (Existing team will provide the training to bring the onsite person up to the speed)
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
- First level Point of Contact for Enterprise Docs and Law Manager application support
- Fixing the Enterprise Docs and Law Manager incidents reported by Users
- Coordinating with App Owner and App Users in understanding the issues reported
- Addressing P1/P2 issues as per Client. SLA limits
- Providing the technical guidance to the Users
- Preparing and sharing the Status reports with App Owner on weekly basis
- Updating the Knowledge Objects on timely basis
- Analyzing the enhancement requests and providing the estimates
- Development of approved enhancements
- Coordinating with other support teams where ever applicable
- Installing the Enterprise docs and Law Manager applications on User's machine by following the instruction available in the Knowledge documents
- Analyzing the existing application and suggesting the areas of improvement with App Owners
