Position : Sr. Facets  Analyst

Location : Eden Prairie, MN

Duration : 7+ Months
Interview : Phone/Skype

 

USC,GC only

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Support incidents, problems, enhancements, and projects for Facets platform

·         Recommend appropriate solutions for incidents (e.g., workarounds, root-cause fixes/enhancements, effort estimates)

·         Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed in a timely manner

·         Effectively collaborate with numerous technology and business teams across multiple locations

·         Drive problem resolution and document root cause

·         Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

·         Create and maintain support documentation

·         Participate in Release Entry Framework activities to help ensure quality deployments into production

·         Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, productivity, and professionalism

 

Required Qualifications:

·         5+ years of experience in development, support, or systems analysis working with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

·         2+ years of experience developing and/or reviewing SQL scripts (on Oracle or something similar)

·         Ability to do some off hours support (happens about once a month currently)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with healthcare systems analysis or IT development

·         Technical lead experience

·         Facets application experience

·         IT Production Support experience

·         Intermediate SQL experience

·         Oracle experience

·         Agile experience
