SAP Functional Analyst (Need Ariba experience)

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration: 12+ months

The Senior Functional Analyst – SAP MM is a consultant with focus on assessment of business requirements, functional design, configuration and development of ERP systems and collaboration with other teams to created innovative end to end solutions.  This role is a great fit for a seasoned analyst with proven experience bridging the needs of business stakeholders with EIT's design and configuration requirements.  The Analyst would be part of the business solutions team to enable SAP ECC HR/P2P systems.  Responsible for solution delivery to problems requiring enterprise system automation with Ariba Spend Management Solutions, specifically for Procure-to-Pay and Fieldglass modules.  Drive the design, review and customer / partner outreach to ensure a creative approach, effective collaboration, inclusion of diverse perspectives, and a final solution that is optimized across business functions.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Maintains day to day set up, training, and follow up for users of systems.
• Updates content and works with internal customers to keep operational content current and relevant to internal and external audiences.
• Understands the business reporting requirements and how existing tools can be utilized to meet those needs.
• Drives continuous productivity via process improvements and technology related opportunities.
• Listens to customer concerns on ease of use and appropriateness of content to develop. recommendation for enhancements or changes.
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required To Perform Essential Functions: 
• Effectively builds relationship with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Works with internal and external customers to develop needs and drive change
• Strong customer (internal and external) dedication and support experience
• Industry experience with Ariba Solutions
• Provide hands-on expertise in SAP ERP MM and HR  
• Experience in using middleware solutions to integrate on premise SAP with Ariba / Fieldglass cloud solutions
• Deliver functional scope analysis and detailed solution design of the processes / systems impacted an work plan for assigned project
• Translate business requirements into process/system impacts and functional requirements, and identify / assess potential data source.
• Create and Communicate solution options to business partners effectively and finalize design.
• Provide detailed documentation (such as functional solution design) in relevant work repositories.
• Perform SAP configuration and work with development team to complete functional unit testing.
• Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process / system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization.
• Ensure stakeholders, management and project managers are fully informed of project risks, team activities and project status.
