Job Title                 :   Genesys Engineer

Job Location          :   Columbus, OH

Duration                :  6 Months

 

·         IDMS, Chase Canada and Card UIP upgrades,

·         iWD Intelligent Queue Mgmt for GTI

·         PBX replacement ,

·         Critical support of the Call Routing Hardware Tech Refresh,

·         Operations Stability,

·         Fungible seat initiative

 

"Resource will be tasked with but not limited to, SBNG deliverables (e.g., supporting IVR to IVR transfer's with data. configuring and testing new ERP, updating Retail 48 IVR's/192 ports per IVR, strategy updates and synch/translate KVPs between Card and Retail. Working with GTI and Verizon to configure new access numbers per erp(VZB TFNs terming to card IVR ERPs), to move call from retail IVR to Card IVR and support NGSN changes (likely entry point 61 like fungible and added to TNT DB2)
