Looking for a Web Analyst specific to Healthcare websites to help define and recommend web site measurements, strategies, and reporting using clickstream data to drive valuable business decisions. Ideally this position is to derive insights from the data collected to help improve the website overall.
Job Description/Requirements:
-Analyze and provide insights and recommendations based on data related to site traffic, bounce rates, pathing behavior, funnel performance, abandonment and conversion rates.
-Provide frequent strategic and performance reporting for various business units within the company
-Providing insight into Google AdWords and reporting on findings
-Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
-Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams in support of digital campaigns
-A/B testing
-Participate in hypothesis generation process and clearly validate opportunities/recommend actions that can have positive improvements in the firm's site experience and financials
-Identify conversion and engagement KPIs needed for test analysis and understand test setup and data collection standards within test environment
-Drive proper AB or multi-variant testing analysis with statistical rigor and perform cohort studies to answer "why?" on test result drivers. Support more complex tests from an analytical and reporting perspective.

1.) 5-7 years experience Analyzing & providing insights from web data (Google Analytics tool preferable)
2.) 5-7 years experience with A/B Testing, sometimes called Split Testing
