Infrastructure Technical Architect Manager

**  Infrastructure Technical Architect Manager position is responsible for the overall management of the application infrastructure utilized at the end client.  

This includes management and maintenance of three distinct environment locations.  

This also includes Service Level Expectation management and adherence for all the SLEs impacted by the technical infrastructure (application up time, application performance, issue acknowledgement, etc.).  

This position is responsible for the maintenance related activities of all network, storage, and server hardware at all of those locations.  

This position is also responsible for the renewal/acquisition process for the related hardware/software maintenance contracts, including telecom and hosting contracts.  

The Infrastructure Technical Architect Manager has responsibility for managing a 6-person team, having 3 direct reports (team lead, dba lead, network admin).  

In addition to managing the infrastructure, the Infrastructure Technical Architect Manager is also responsible for the overall management of application administration, which includes configuration management for all applications supported within the scope of the end client (Ariba applications, VIP, iWay, Pivotal, etc.).
