Responsibilities:

·         Maintain existing MHARS Oracle portals sites including but not limited to Adult Housing, ACT, AOT, and Kids Indicators, to meet the operational business requirements of the agency.

·         Analyze and develop OBIEE 11G technical solutions for new requirements. Complete requirements analysis, capture and document the customer’s business and technical needs

·         Maintain legacy SAS reports and create custom SAS reports as needed.

·         Contribute to the design and implementation of the metadata and/or reporting components of the solution (building and/or modifying OBIEE 11G Repositories). This includes testing and deployment of the components

·         Ensure that development activities adhere to the OMH architectural strategy so that overall business intelligence data integrity is maintained.

·         Build business and presentation layer within OBIEE 11G and maintain existing OBIEE products to meet the business requirements of the project.

·         Create reports and graphs using OBIEE 11 G, incorporating into Oracle WebCenter as necessary, to meet the business requirements of the project.

·         Complete testing of all reports, dashboards and analytics in all environments prior to business owner review/approval.

·         Analyze, design, and development web-based applications using .NET 3.5, C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint 2010/2013.

 

Skills Needed

·         84 Months    Demonstrated hands-on programming experience with SAS

·         84 Months    Demonstrated hands-on programming experience with Oracle Portal

·         60 Months    Demonstrated hands-on development experience with Oracle OBIEE 11g

·         84 Months    Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle 10/11G databases, Oracle Data Warehouse and Data Marts in a Business Intelligence environment and SQL coding.

·         18 Months    Demonstrated hands-on ETL development experience using INFORMATICA.

·         24 Months    Demonstrated hands-on programming experience in .NET 3.5, C#, ASP.NET using jQuery and MooTools. Including SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.

·         84 Months    Demonstrated hands-on development experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS coding

·         84 Months    Demonstrated hands-on experience working with: PL/SQL using TOAD.

·         84 Months    Experience working with HIPAA requirements or similar standards and with NYS Accessibility Standards or similar standards
