Sr. Delphi Developer

Must Have: They must have Delphi as they will be working on these applications for this year, then transitioning over to Java and Guidewire (which we will teach them).

The Sr. Developer is responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of N-tier custom developed applications and/or Guidewire products using established best coding practices.

• Ability to develop Delphi Applications.
• Familiarity with software package selection processes.
• In-depth knowledge of formal software development processes and best practices.
• Basic database design and SQL knowledge.
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
