In response to Louise's email on Sunday, I encourage PBJFlorida list serv members to support Marian Wright Elderman's Children's Defense Fund. Elderman is a disciple of MLK since at least his Poor People's Campaign in the late 1960s, and her organization has been helping poor children in America since the 1970s. Her work has made her known world wide. A link to her website is below and also found in our PBJFlorida website.
