Requirements:

 

·         Installation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in development, test and production environments hosted in the GE Healthcare IT datacenter, including

o    Documentation of installation details

o   Application of any required patches

·         Installation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Microsoft HealthVault Bridge Solution in development, test and production environments hosted in the GE Healthcare IT datacenter, including:

o   Documentation of installation details

o   Application of any required patches

·         Create and/or modify Microsoft Dynamics workflows

·         Create and / or modify Microsoft Dynamics, Dialogs, Forms, Entities, Reports and Dashboards

·         Create reports from Microsoft Dynamics as defined by the project team.

·         Create Microsoft Dynamics Customizations to allow workflows to be triggered by external components (receive data in Dynamics from external software.

·         Create Microsoft Dynamics Customizations to allow workflows to trigger external components (send data from Dynamics to another software component)

·         Write source code (e.g., C#, java) used by the Customizations to make web service calls to the external software component (Centricity Clinical Connectivity)

·         Document all work, including Dynamics configuration, customizations, and any code developed

·         Testing of all configuration, customizations and code.

·         Issue resolution/bug fixes for all configurations, customizations and code.

·         Working with other members of the project team to understand the linkage between Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft HealtVault

·         Working with other members of the project team to to understand the linkage between Microsoft Dynamics and Centricity Clinical Connectivity
