Websphere Process Server - SME 

POSITION DESCRIPTION 

Lead, Design & development skills on various WPS V7 and WPS V8 features like Short Running / Long Running Process, Mediation Modules, HumanTasks & Adapters . Should also have strong understanding & troubleshooting skills on Business Process Choreographer, Failed Event Manager 

Act as a lead and core member of the delivery team and produce cost effective technical solutions based on the functional requirements. 

Responsible for producing high level/low level design solutions and complete development/Unit testing for the deliverables at hand. Resource should be able to strongly influence design decisions on the project. 

Responsible for Production Implementation during release and support post release warranty 

Work closely and partner with the SA, QA, Production support teams and Client management 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED 

5+ years Websphere Process Server (WPS)

5+ years  Core Java/J2EE skills (advanced Level), 

5+ years IBM WPS 7, IBM BPM 8

5+ years of SOA, Web services,

Sun Certified

Need strong knowledge of writing/understanding complex database queries , SDLC knowledge
