This will be a web-based project (not windows based) and they're looking to hire immediately. 

C#

Oracle PL/SQL 

.Net 4.0 framework

MVC 4 (this is key)

Visual Studio 2010/2012 (ideally they would like someone with 2012 experince) 

Agile environment 

Linq
