Our client has a need for a Sybase Application DBA in Princeton NJ.
This resource should be able to review the client's Sybase configuration on their EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) Production installations, inbound and outbound extracts, and optimize as needed.
Further Details include:
There is 1 installation per client in their Sybase application.
They need a Sybase expert to review how the application is configured, data coming in, data coming out and recommend changes based on settings & configurations, optimize the environment based on size/volume.
They will also be responsible for reviewing query issues, Long running queries, suggest changes for optimization.
They are seeking a senior level person who can work independently once up to speed in the environment. Tech Environment: UNIX/Sybase
