 1.       Engineering background
2.        10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Apps DB Administration
3.        Having worked on installations, upgrades, backups , recovery and supporting production instances
4.        Well versed with Oracle applications architecture and technology stack
5.        Cloning, upgrades performance tuning, troubleshooting 
6.        Having worked in 24 x 7 production support environment
7.        Good at RAC , Non – RAC conversions
8.        RMAN, ASM
9.        Having a valid H1B
