Job Description & Expectations
The scope of the project includes the implementation of SuccessFactors technology, related business processes, required integration, and supporting program and change management to enable the following business capability:
•             Learning Management 
Learning Management, including:
•             Conduct needs assessment
•             Develop/Amend course
•             Enroll in course
•             Assignment/Push of course
•             Cancel course enrollment
•             Deliver course
•             Evaluate course
•             Reporting
•             Content hosting
The following SuccessFactors modules are in scope for implementation:
•             Employee Profile
•             Performance Management (to enable Competency Management)
•             Career Development Planning (to enable Competency Management)
•             Learning Management
The resource will be expected to work within the broader project team provided by client.
Desired skillset for each configuration specialist:
Ability to assist client in their development of an integrated design for Talent Management including Employee Profiles, Competency Management and Learning Management; the integrated design should also lay the groundwork for the possible future implementations of Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Recruiting
•             Deep knowledge of configuration of Employee Profiles, Competency Management and Learning Management modules to meet global design requirements
•             Ability to participate in fit analysis and finding solutions to close gaps
•             Ability to conduct configuration and acceptance testing review sessions with ConocoPhillips personnel for knowledge transfer
•             Ability to provide general expertise and expert guidance around other project elements such as Integrated Talent Management process consultation, overall solution design, integration design, test planning and execution, and ongoing system administration
•             Consult on Change Management strategy and review proposed COP strategy, tactics and plans for effective and sustained change and adoption of the processes and systems
•             Provide a global approach / framework and content for training programs to be used by key stakeholders of each module
•             Certified SuccessFactors consultants
Extensive global SuccessFactors implementation experience.  Experience which includes UK, Norway, Canada and Australia is a plus
