QA Project Lead

Job Description:
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience is required of a QA project lead and the following skills:
- Good communication skills to communicate well with technical & non-technical people, engineers, managers and as well as with customers (internal and external).
- Must have excellent knowledge of software development process
- Must be able to provide an accurate scope of testing for the project based on the architecture, functional and design documents
- Must have experience planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement / release.
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
- Ability to perform risk analysis and communicate the risks to stakeholders
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- Must be experienced with HP toolset i.e., QC, UFT and QTP
- Must be experienced in creating and executing manual test cases
- Must have experience leading a project test team
