Details of Position:
The person will be responsible for end to end rotational 24/7/365 on call support,
addressing problem tickets within SLA and at times required to perform
configuration management for UNIX, AIX, Linux operating systems. Person also
needs to have working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint
presentations). In addition responsible for performing weekly operational, data
analytics and business analysis for all department IS Notifications, HDFS cases, and
identifying trends.
