MUST HAVE:

· 5+ years Business Rules Development with Drools

· 4+ years Analysis and Object Oriented Design

· 4+ years Java

· 3+ years IBM Application Server

· 3+ years Oracle

· 3+ years ESB/Web Services

· 2+ years experience in Medicaid/Medicare Provider Enrollment provisions

· 2+ years experience working with State Program Administrators dealing with Medicaid/Medicare Provider Enrollment and eligibility determination processes

 

NICE TO HAVE:

·  Experience with JIRA

· Demonstrable experience/knowledge creating Business Object Models for Rules

· Demonstrable experience/knowledge using/leveraging, RETE algorithms, creating Business Object Models for Rules

· Demonstrable experience/knowledge in JAVA language and tools
