Core Java & ReactJS	Excellent	Resource should be having a good Core Java skills in multithreading, Thread pooling, well versed with Java 5-6 features e.g. annotation, generics etc. Capable enough to understand the existing framework and do modification in existing framework. Should have strong understanding into ReactJS
Design Patterns	Excellent	Should be very good with Design Patterns and their implementation in JAVA.
JDBC	Excellent	Resource Should have good knowledge in terms with JDBC concepts, Transactions. Should know some frame work like Hibernate or JPA and concepts.
Servlet	Excellent
XML	Excellent	Resource should know XML processing in JAVA
JMS	Conceptual	Conceptual knowledge in JMS is OK
SQL/PLSQL	Good	Should have knowledge in SQL and PLSQL.
