Job Description
  • To help clients in establishing a strong computer network systems for smooth and fast communication by using my skills to assess, design, plan, and configure network systems. 
Summary of Skills: 
  • Dealt with monitoring tools like network packet capture tools like Wire-shark, etc
  • Strong experience in configuring, monitoring (Wire-shark) and supporting advanced network switches. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco networking devices (3400, 3750, 7609). 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog. 
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to work in a team environment 
Network Technology Skills:
  • Monitoring and supporting the companys data center networks.
  • Troubleshooting of complex LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routing protocols. 
  • Creating, implementing, and maintaining network documentation. 
  • Designing and directing system configuration and installation to accommodate network needs of employees.
  • Optimizing network performance by updating hardware and software from time to time. 
  • Providing cost and labor estimation for network expansion projects. 
  • Maintaining records of hardware and software used in network systems.
  • End to end circuit testing with Test pattern and Loop back testing.
  • Net analysis for Monitoring and Testing the CKT. 
  • Updating the PM, Types of Errors in the Log Data .co-coordinating with Field tech and LEC vendors for rectifying the falls in the design.
  • Troubleshooting network/Service faults and Corrective maintenance of access network within the defined MTTR.
  • Ensure on time task completion within SLA limits.
  • Real time closure of Order Handling System (CLARIFY) tasks and HP ITSM (incident, problem and change).
Managerial Skills:
  • P1 /P2 analysis of the incidents on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Shift Planning and maintaining leave tracker to ensure 24 * 7 support.
  • Reporting - Daily, Weekly and Monthly to be covered. SLA outlier's and various reasons, additionally handling the new projects.
  • Worked as a Recovery Manager (RM) for escalation and issues in the Network.
  • Worked according to the Tickets in the clarify log .Trouble shooting the network ckt.
  • Coordinating with Field Tech and LEC Vendor for resolving the issues and closing the Ticket with required updated comments in the logs.
Other Mandatory Skills:
  • Good communication skills (Written and Oral). 
  • Good inter personal and client management skills. 
  • Flexible and adaptable in meeting global delivery requirements. 
Experience: 
  • 8 years of experience in Telecom Domain, Ip Design and TNOC testing with overall experience in IT Operations, Networking & Incident Management. 
Other Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Certifications: 
  • B.E Degree in Electronics and Communications.
  • Certifications / Professional Awards: 
  • IMS ITIL Service Desk and Incident Management 
  • IMS ITIL Problem and Change Management.
