Job Title              :   Dot Net onsite Lead / Jr. architect

Job Location       :  Hunt Valley(Cockeysville)  Maryland

Job Type             :  18 months contract

Interview             :  Phone and Skype

Visa Status          :  US Citizen, Green Card, GC-EAD, H1B

 

 

Key Points :

·         Experience in working with Orchestration, ORM and integration of medium and big Microsoft based projects is needed

·         Experience in Microsoft MVC and architecting, designing using UML, TFS and unit test cases with Visual studio

·         Experience  working in a Jr Architect capability for architecting solutions using .Net and related technology stack.

·         Ability to determine and recommend best architectural approaches.

Minimum Requirements :

 

·         Bachelor's Degree in   in Computer Science or a related discipline 

·         At least 8-10 years of experience in working at all the phases  of SDLC in Microsoft tools based projects

·         Extensive experience in C# , .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, Web Services (REST and SOAP), HTML, JavaScript, XML/XSLT

·         Exposure to HTML5 and JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap is a must.

·         Experience in working with Orchestration, ORM and integration of medium and big Microsoft based projects is needed

·         Practical experience in Microsoft SQL Server relational database (Dynamic SQL, stored Procedures, performance tuning, etc.) 

·         Experience in Microsoft MVC and architecting, designing using UML, TFS and unit test cases with Visual studio

·         Experience  working in a Jr Architect capability for architecting solutions using .Net and related technology stack.

·         Ability to determine and recommend best architectural approaches.

·         Extensive experience  leading offshore development teams and Extensive experience working in an offshore and onsite model.

·         Exposure to education and tutoring industry or any services industry will be an added advantage.

·         Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills 

·         Proven experience working with IT and NOT IT stakeholders of client organization.

 

Primary roles and responsibilities :

 

·         Create detailed solution architectures in alignment with current and future product and technology roadmaps.

·         Develop technical specifications from functional requirements.

·         Set up coding standards and guidelines for the team.

·         Perform and support development and integration tasks.

·         Provide technical leadership to a team of 20-25 offshore members.

·         Work closely with offshore leads to own technical quality and timeliness of deliverables.

·         Participate in planning and change management processes.

·         Perform design and code reviews

·         Perform code deployment between various environments

·         Participate in Sprint planning and other sprint related activities.
