Complete Description :* This position is needed due to the Office suite becoming a central focus of productivity within DOT with impact to almost every DOT user. This position will serve as a service owner of the Microsoft Office products suite that DOT uses (ie. Word, Outlook, Excel, etc). Their duties will include keeping informed of what features and changes are coming to the Office suite, leading version upgrade deployments, troubleshooting install issues, maintaining Office group policies, and being a consultation resource for support techs. This position will also serve as the service owner for DOT's Mobile Device Management solution. The goal is to eventually convert this position to a permanent state employee since this will be an ongoing support need.
