Change Management Analyst (Level 1)
Broomfield, CO
- The Change Management Analyst manages a rigorous change control process to ensure changes are properly reviewed, approved and incorporated into scheduled work plans. • Responsible for maintaining at all times, current and accurate information tracking regarding planned network and enterprise impacting activities including: • Assure approvals of GCRs are in place. • Customer Impact Analysis • De-confliction within assigned verticals. • Coordinate multiple projects at one time using effective time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and project obligations. • Enhances professional development of self and others through ongoing feedback, participation in educational programs, current literature, in service meetings, and workshops. • Monitors and reports status of assigned programs on an ongoing basis. • Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Preferred Knowledge and Skills • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and judgment skills. • Candidate must have proven experience and tenacity in following up with all levels of management for successful completion of assigned tasks within mutually agreed upon deadlines. • Strong scheduling, and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Strong attention to Detail. • Ability to work effectively and independently in flexible and changing environment. • Experience working in a fast-paced, highly technical environment preferred. • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel (worksheets and charts), Microsoft Word, Visio, and E-Mail.
Job Details and Requirements Section
- Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Entry level, receiving emails, interpreting them and then inputting into system (GCR) which then sends a mass notice out to the customers letting them know they will be impacted. Might interact with customer thru phone or/and email. Type of notices they will send out will consist of describing the situation to customer, will also be using a shared inbox with the team to get tasks out of.

- What is the technical environment? Excel, word, experience in change management
- Describe work environment / team culture? Office cubes, team work, tight knit group

- What is the ramp up time/process for this role? 2 weeks for basic/entry level duties, but should be 100% up to speed by a month
- Has the manager reviewed the basic qualifications in the Level 3 employee job description and is there anything they need to add so this position could convert to an employee if needed? Yes
