Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the configuration, maintenance and enhancements of Property Tax Management business applications.
• Experience in As Is data mapping, process flow, gap analysis and data lineage document.
• Serve as the department business applications subject matter expert and provide systems support to business users, including end user documentation, training, security, report writing and troubleshooting.
• Work with user and IT staff members to define and document business requirements and functional specifications for system-related projects.
• Develop test documentation and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Experience and knowledge in Auto Finance domain
• Good communication skill
• Ability to write Business Requirements
• Understanding of SDLC
• Proficient in Technical and Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis and Testing various methodologies.
• In depth knowledge of Waterfall and AGILE methodology, Use Cases, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/D).
• Competent in Creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams.
