MUST HAVE:
•    12+ years  experience in software application testing
•    9+ years of developing automation test scripts including:
o    Developing automation scripts using:
    Rational Functional Tester
    VBA (Macros)
    Rational Quality Manager (RQM)
o    Developing automation test scripts with Web based & Mainframe technologies
o    Creating required automation framework based on requirements/need
o    Developing automation scripts for very complex and large multi portals web-based application with backend batch jobs and interfaces
•    Hands on working experience in writing SQL using joins for data validation from various data sources
•    Hands-on experience in
•    Good analytical skills and proven experience in analyzing and writing automation scripts for complex business rules and rule engines
•    Experience creating test data for automated testing to fulfill specific scenarios
•    Vast knowledge of automation testing techniques to cover all possible corner cases for automation testing, verification and validation techniques
•    Experience in creating automation test strategies & test plans
•    Thorough knowledge of the Windows environment
•    Relational DBMS experience
•    Must have a thorough working experience in QA/Testing methodologies and software development life cycle, including have a complete SDLC
•    Strong understanding of QA methodologies including metrics
•    Must ready to accept and manage any QA-related activity including manual test case creation, execution when required by the Manager
•    Excellent communication skills- written & verbal- to communication with team members at all levels of the organization

NICE TO HAVE:
•    Hand's on experience with IKA Systems Claims processing
•    Broad experience with mainframe technologies including:
o    MVS
o    DB2
o    IMS
•    Broad experience with distributed technologies such as:
o    Informatica
o    Oracle
o    Unix
o    Tivoli
