Desirable Skills

FirstDoc (CSC), Java, Documentum (Perspectives and Architect) Experience working for electronic documents, document templates and labeling systems, document exchange, proof reading tools, document migration utilities

 

Role Description

·         Analyze and Resolve incidents, tickets and problems

·         Co-ordination with Offshore team, Client team and Business Users at Onsite

·         Analyze, design and develop minor enhancements

·         Monitor batch schedule & performance issues

·         Resolve issues/action items

·         Escalate issues to team lead

·         Track work allocation and report to team lead

·         Provide on-call support for critical and high priority incidents
