Job Description:
The Voice Engineer will ideally work onsite.  Remote is also an option, however the consultant will be required to work onsite for the first 4-6 weeks then remote.  Will also be required to come onsite on an as needed basis.  Vendors required to cover expenses if resource is out of state.  **Candidates must also be US Citizens and be able to pass a NAC background check.

 

Description:
Client is bringing in an old outsourced ACD platform in house and will be converting to Aspect platform.   Engineers will be responsible for providing production support and configuration changes to Aspect Unified Integrated Platform (UIP), Aspect Multi Media Manager (M3 IVR), Aspect CXP (Advanced Voice Portal).  Must have experience in all three.
