Position: Project Manager or Scrum Master

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6+ Month/ Contract

Interview: Phone and In Person

Dotcom View Team-5-7 years' experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master,

 

Must have Agile experience,

 

Strong experience and expertise with Agile methodologies,     

 

Strong analytical & problem solving skills,

 

Experience working within a close-knit, collaborative team & contributing to the overall success of a team as well as working independently,

 

Comfort working as a peer member of a high-functioning team of responsible,

 

self-motivated individuals,

 

Comfort & experience wearing "multiple hats" - more attachment to results than to any particular title or role.,

 

Flexibility & willingness to tackle a variety of tasks to deliver team outcomes.

 

This role will overlap the standard "scrum master" role, but also has a project management components, Ability to create & maintain networks across business units & ScrumMaster Certification.
