| Oversee end-to-end QA, including vendors' QA teams and processes. Develop long-term testing process and procedures. Own, organize, communicate and prioritize outstanding bug backlog. |
| Essential Job Functions |
| · Works with each team's QA Lead · Develops test plans · Structures processes for prioritizing and addressing bugs and defects · Oversees load testing · Contributes to developing plans following load tests · Ensure best practices are developed and shared across teams · Communicate to teams, QA standards and ensure adherence |
| Education/Experience |
| · Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred · 5-10 years' QA and QA management experience |
| Specific or Additional Skills |
| · Experienced with testing automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber · Ability to write test scripts · Familiarity with load testing software suites · General engineering experience |
| Supervisory Responsibilities |
| · Manage day to day activities and output of vendor supplied QA teams · Identify and communicate risks and work to develop mitigation plans |
