Job Description:

Primary Skills --HTML5, CSS3, javascript,

Secondary skills - Jquery with Responsive design and development

 

Note:

• Must have a portfolio for every submission.

• Experience working on designs for Mobile is a huge plus.

 

• Understanding, prioritizing, and translating the client situation and goals into effectively designed products and rationales. Imagine, establish, and implement the conceptual and stylistic direction for products on mobile platforms.

• Working well with business owners to solicit the requirements of the application that define the needs of the user/user types, and clarifies the Business and Functional Requirement scope.

• Collaborate with development team to create specifications and scenarios based on client feedback that provide guidelines for project execution.

• Produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that fully illustrate interface layout, behaviors, hierarchy of content, and navigation for mobile devices.

• Provide interface design based on standard accepted framework that supports development process used by development team.

• Create visual design: language, color story, themes, CSS styles, etc. based on consistent visual design strategy.

• Produce design comps and deliver assets and final artwork to development teams for implementation.

• Edit results to obtain final client approval.

• Collaborate with design team to maintain a core aesthetic based on fresh design principles and best practices with expressed design justification.

• Adhere to, develop and maintain visual style guide.

• Excellent understanding of color, typography, layout and iconography and experience in designing web graphics.

• Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects at the same time, prioritizing workload whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Scheduling and meeting management required.

• Negotiation skills and the ability to give feedback and come up with solutions to solve design problems.

• Ability to give feedback and come up with solutions to solve design and usability issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Portfolio: Demonstrate mobile design expertise.

 

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in visual arts, graphic design, human computer interaction.

 

Experience:

• Intermediate to advanced experience required, minimum 5 yrs.

• Proficiency: Adobe Suite, CSS, JavaScript, Axure RP, XCode, JBoss, Visual Studio
