Taleo/OBI Reporting Consultant (REMOTE)

6+ month/ Contract

Job description:

Reporting work - standard OBI reporting and up to 15 custom reports.  This effort will involve a lot of coaching of the client, both through their needs, as well as report development.

Candidates should be:

1.)   experienced in OBI reporting.

2.)   able to offer business consultative approach and advise the customer on Reporting best practices as they pertain to HCM/Recruiting/Onboarding

3.)   familiar with Recruiting processes and regulations like EEO, affirmative action, etc..

4.)   have great communication and presentation skills

 

Items 2, 3 and 4 are the most critical of the requirements....
