Job Title: Sharepoint Technical Lead

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Description:                             

 

Must be a local candidate (or relocate to the area).  Does not want candidates who are travelling home on the weekends.

 

Summary:

Immediate need for a SharePoint Technical Lead to supervise SharePoint customization and development efforts. 

 

Specific responsibilities include:

Task assignment and resource allocation

Resolve escalated SharePoint technical issues

Manages issues and risks

Stakeholder management communicating to all levels of the organization

Guides overall project approach and execution

Leads internal IT development and external vendor teams

Updates project plan and timeline using MS Project

Manages the day-to-day

Manages issues and risks

Attends status meetings, briefings, etc.

 

Required skills:

8+ years of Technical Lead experience supporting application development, customization and delivery

Prior SharePoint customization/development background (2010 required and 2013 preferred )

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong experience with vendor relations and managing 3rd party vendors

Strong MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong leadership and influence skills.  Proactive contributor and collaborator

Excellent facilitation skills within all levels of stakeholders, senior business and IT

Desired skills

 

Experience with PPM tools (Clarity, MSPS)
