Veeva Administration experience

Experience of working with L1 support , end users and L3 teams

 

• Experience with third-party tools (e.g. SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, Mail Merge,etc

• Exposure to ETL tool

 

Total 6 to 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

• At least 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce Development

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, various portals)

• Configuration knowledge of salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, approval process, custom formulas, page layout, record types)

• Developing triggers, customization, data migration / integration and experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, BatchJobs, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)
