Desired years of experience* : 10+
Education/ Certifications (Required) : BTECH or equivalent 4 years graduation
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Drive end to end technology delivery including all SDLC phases like requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation support, deployment, design reviews, code reviews.
2. Manage coordination between onsite-offshore teams, provide technical leadership and own the overall tech delivery.
3. Manage multiple stakeholders including client SMEs, onsite-offshore teams distributed across multiple onsite/offshore locations.
