QA Lead w/ Salesforce.com Experience
Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:
● Define/Create and Maintain test plans and strategies for existing and new engagements
● Lead and mentor QA testers, business consultants and technical consultants.
● Work with project managers and others to help drive a test strategy based Scrum/Agile methodologies and implement best practices
○ Help transform testing from manual to automated methods
● Defect tracking, resolution and documentation via a QA tracking system
● Hands on experience testing mobile applications
● Design and creation of test scenarios (i.e., test cases, conditions) for inclusion in test plans
● Development and execution of software program functional, regression, SIT tests
● Preparation of defect reports as needed for internal and customer teams
● Interaction / communication/ follow through with development & customer team throughout testing phase to facilitate iterative cycle
● Experience leading and managing test teams

Position Requirements:
● Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role
● Able to lead multiple QA projects at a given time
● Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices a big plus
● Hands-on experience with salesforce.com platform and mobile testing
● Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in agile environment is strongly desired.
● Ability to adapt to short sprint cycles (2 weeks) and experienced in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment
● Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects in complex software features
● Experience in large-scale software deployments
● Excellent communication skills required
● Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
● Experience with offshore development and testing model a huge plus
