Title:                     Software Developer -DevOps

Location:             Philadelphia PA

Duration:             Contract

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop a monitoring and logging facility for a highly distributed application.
• Identify all sources of logs, monitoring streams, and alerts.
• Design and implement a system to provide single aggregation location for logs.
• Select and implement tools and interfaces to support investigation of logged data.
• Design and implement a central dashboard with mechanism for collecting alerts. 

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience.
• Strong experience with modern logging, reporting, and analytics tools required.
• Experience with distributed, cloud-based applications monitoring and alerting.
• Experience implementing a Splunk or Logstash installation.
• Strong understanding of networking and security.
• DevOps experience.
