Peoplesoft Program Manager

Burlington, MA

6+ month/ Contract

Program Manager--(Peoplesoft Financials) -- Contractor Job -- Burlington, MA--1) Job title and description (will also be scope for SOW).
**Program Manager with PeopleSoft Financials background with exposure to Fixed Assets, and also has done Cash Management Implementations. 

Responsibilities:  Create and Manage project plans. - Lead status meetings. - Integrate with Stakeholders involved. - Manage Program SharePoint sites.
- Manage risks and issues log as well as triage for mitigation. - Manage deliverables and proper SDLC followed. - Distribution of Meeting minutes and follow-on for next steps.
- Ensure proper hand-off to production support.


Evaluate PS Cash Management and Global Tax Cash Forecast:
- Need a PS Financials Subject Matter Expert who has exposure to Fixed Assets, and also has rolled out Cash Management and Treasury.
- Utilize the Cash Management evaluation resource to include the Tax jurisdiction cash management reporting requirements.
- Collect Tax jurisdiction requirements. - Evaluate as part of PS Cash Management Scope. - Develop effort on how we deliver a cash management solution.


Evaluate Financials India, China, LATAM, Russia:
- Bring a PS Financial SME/PM to determine requirements and pre-requisites needed to implement India, China, LATAM, and Russia.
- PeopleSoft PUM's required. - Determine country packs, approach to implement. - Local, Legal, Statutory Key Decisions. - Time, Effort, Complexity to implement.
- This is not an Implementation of PS in India, China, LATAM, and Russia.


PS Fixed Assets Restatement due to Advent Transaction:
- Review issue that was caused. - Provide recommendations to mitigate. - Vet and receive approval for implementing the solution. - Create, Build, test solution , and migrate to Production

2) Skills Set and Experience Desired: 
· 10+ years PS Financials. · Fixed Assets. 
· 7+ years in Cash Management and Treasury.
· Has implemented PeopleSoft and has at least 3 Life Cycles.
3) Primary work location, % travel, distance of travel. **Boston, Somerset and Princeton, 20% travel, NJ based 
5) Will the resource be able to work on a remote basis and, if so, how many days per week?
