Remote - .Net Developer Position - Contract

At the moment, I am working on the contract requirements of a Senior.net Developer for a client that is willing to engage a consultant who works completely remotely.

Desired: Finally blocks, exception handling, generics, REST APIs, and data structure expertise are all desirable in the consultant that we are trying to hire. It is required of him to be proficient in C# and/or VB.NET and to have an in-depth knowledge of the WCF concepts that govern the ecosystems in question. It is required of him to have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and a significant amount of expertise developing unit tests. It is required of him that he is adept in the use of tools for code versioning and that he is able to develop reusable libraries (bitbucket). It is essential that he be able to communicate well and solve problems effectively.
