ERP Business Analyst

Desired experience: Business Analysis, ERP, PeopleSoft (Nice to have)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience.

 

1. Experienced Business Analyst with some Design Interfaces
2. ERP Integration experience-preferable HR systems

This person will be assisting our Project Manager from an analyst perspective. They will be working with the Solution Architect & the rest of the team to help design Interfaces for the Integration of the New ERP HR system. This is a global implementation. 

 

Desired Experience:

 

-          Individual must be a comprehensive business analyst working with custom applications.

-          Specific experience integrating applications from one organization into another target system, including activities such as functional requirements, gap analysis, design specifications, conversion data mapping, detailed testing.

-          Strong communication skills necessary working with business users and external vendors.

-          Ability to multi-task on several projects running concurrently.

-          Attention to detail and ability to identify dependencies and impacts on key business decisions.

-          Experience with large-scale application development and/or ERP systems ideal. Individual must be self-directed.

-          Individual must be highly organized due to the aggressive nature of the initiative and malformed nature of the applications to be addressed.

-          No travel anticipated for this role.

-          Strong analytic skills (e.g. discovery, documentation, modeling, etc.)

-          ADP- Payexpert, or Payforce exp (Nice to have – Not required)
