Role Description :
Develop & confirm project management deliverable's (E.G. Detailed Schedule Management & Follow-up, Intra - IS Communications & Coordination) and Audit Reflection.
• Desired Experience : 2.00 yrs.
General Description :
The candidate will support the Project Manager(s) and will be responsible to grasp technical capabilities in support of the requirements, grasp defined business requirement, documentation of deliverable's, preparing detailed status reports, overall project status with issues and accomplishments, and have experience preparing a resource plan and synchronizing it with the project plan. This person should be self driven with strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal). This person should feel comfortable meeting with the IS Developers, Project Managers and Supervisors to understand their process in detail and excel in gathering information and documenting what was communicated with minimal direction. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as this person will frequently be communicating with I/S management on project status. This person must be able to create KPIs and understand and create technical design documents with minimum direction.
• Requirements/Must Have : - Coordination / Collaboration skills to work with IS and R&D Accounting groups to govern and visualize projects through their lifecycle. - Experience with project resource estimation ( resource identification that would need to be allocated to assist projects), technology/process requirements, duration, costs and issues tracking. - Experience working with Information Systems to determine needs/requirements and developing and documenting business needs. - Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks. - Ability to present and explain information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences. - Extensive experience in managing project life cycle and reporting project status. - Experiences in preparing solutions options, risk identification, and financial analysis such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. - Ability to plan, organize and easily communicate project concerns at the appropriate level based on the audience. - Ability to organize, develop, document, execute, and improve processes supporting department/section Key Performance Indicators.
• Skills & Qualification : - Self-motivated, drives issues to closure. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in an ever-changing environment. - Ability to plan, organize and review the work of technical personnel. - Strong interpersonal skills is a must as this person will frequently be communicating with our business partners - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
