Position: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Functional)

Job Location is – Kensington, PA 

Duration: Contract

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Excellent analytical skills, documentation skills and attention to detail 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to interact and communicate with both technical and non-technical users 

• Creative problem solving abilities 

• Dynamic, self-starter with the ability to work well individually and on teams 

• Significant detailed cross-functional knowledge of business areas - specifically Finance / Accounting/Order Processing/Production/Sales 

• Able to handle multiple tasks, and to prioritize tasks, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 4 year degree in management information systems, accounting, or related field required 

• Master's degree preferred 

• 6+ Years of related business applications / software testing experience 

• Experience writing test plans and test strategy documents and implementing them effectively across a project team environment 

• Experience in reviewing requirements and developing test cases based on them for all layers of an application (Service tier, DB tier, and UI)

• Experience with order entry, production scheduling systems, and accounting in a wholesale and light manufacturing environment a plus 

• Experience with MS-Project preferred, with Project Server a plus 

• Experience in .NET / SQL environment preferred. 

• Experience with TFS preferred. 

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology preferred.
