Job Posting:
We have an exciting opportunity on our Development team. We are looking for a Sr. SAP BPC Developer with experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation and a contagious enthusiasm for learning. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, able to work in a team environment and independently.

Resource will:
• Create and communicate detailed project design and architecture design artifacts from which software development will take place.
• Work on multiple projects conducting design, code, test, debug, document, and review development efforts.
• Assist with activity, status and progress reports as well as with the creation of comprehensive test plans.
• Provide estimates for assigned development activities.
• Assist with the development and preparation of project plans and schedules.
• Ensure delivery of high quality products by performing code review and test plan review.
• Drive consistency and high standards across projects.
• Operate within company development standards and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Remain current with new capabilities in the SAP Development framework and make recommendations when appropriate for continuous improvement.
• Attend user groups, training or conferences to learn new technology and skills.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
• Basic Qualifications: (required)
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 5 – 8 years application development experience on SAP BPC Platform to include working knowledge of:
• BPC Models and Forms
• Solid business process experience in Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting
• SAP ECC Financials (SAP FICO) business process knowledge and experience
• Perform hands-on BPC Planning design and configuration (reports, input schedules, script logic, BADI customization, allocations, distributions, trending, etc.).
• Develop Reports, Input Templates, Dimensions, Data Integration, Business Process Flows, Logic, and Security.
• Working knowledge of all phases of a development life cycle
Preferred Qualifications (desired):
• Experience mentoring junior staff
• Exposure to other newer SAP technologies such HANA, Screen Personas, or SAPUI5
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications using
